Deposits There is a $20 non refundable booking fee due at the time of booking your appointment.

All clients have a 15 min grace period. If you arrive after 15 mins for any reason your appointment will be canceled. Your stylist and client before you are allowed the same grace, which means no need to think some clients are receiving special treatment. Everyone is treated equally. But by all means necessary let your voice be heard in the event you feel yourself about to jump ship. Allow me to offer you a HairSaver with one of our complimentary hair masks. What I would like for you to know is I hold myself accountable for every guideline I've put in place as your above average stylist. My goal is for us to respect and value each other's time.

In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us 48 hours in advance so that other clients can book an appointment during this time slot. If you do not give a 48-hour notice of cancellation, you will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s) charges. Any appointments that are ‘no show’ will be subject to 100% of the scheduled service(s) charges.

When reserving appointments do not book appointments for others. Each client needs to create their own profile on our online booking site, even your children. I need to know all the tea and the ends & out of what is needed to achieve your hair goals.

Although we love children, no children or extra guests are allowed in the salon unless they are receiving a service. If children or extra guests are brought into the salon you will be asked to reschedule. These policies are put in place to ensure a pleasant and relaxing salon environment.
