How To Prepare
In order to receive outstanding results, we ask you to prepare your hair before you visit the salon.
If you are a new client to Curlington Salon please choose from the freshman client service list. This allows the stylist to make sure your hair and scalp get the love and attention it needs.
Do not manipulate your scalp prior to coming in for appointment or before any chemical services
Remove all braids, twist, coils, weave etc. Make sure the hair is properly detangled before your visit to the salon.
We need your hair to be free from excessive oil, vaseline, grease or gels. An additional charge of $35 will be added to your service, in the event the stylist has to remove excess oil and tangles from the hair.
What'a included in your very first visit:
A complete hair and scalp analysis.
Porosity, density, and elasticity test.
Pin point any problematic issue with the hair.
Converse about product knowledge and proper home care.
Consultation, Scalp Analysis, Deep Cleanse, Mask Treatment, Steam Hydration Treatment, Cut. Blow Out (w/flat iron) or Natural Hair Style.
Cancelation & Salon Policies
In the event that you do not call or no show for your appointment you will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment price. Therefore, it is important NOT to book appointments for others. Clients are required to give the stylist 24 business hours notice for cancellations of scheduled appointment times. Clients calling to cancel their appointment after the 24 hour period will be assessed a $25 fee. In the event that you book an appointment within the 24hrs you forfeit the option to cancel. Providing a quality service includes adhering to a schedule and helps maintain the business of the day. Although we love children no children are allowed in the salon unless they are receiving a service. If children are brought into the salon you will be asked to reschedule. These policies are put in place to ensure a pleasant and relaxing salon environment.
